Good questions

which one fits?

Is RemoteAbroad an Employer of Record?

No. RemoteAbroad is a recruitment service: we find the people. If you want them employed rather than on a B2B contract, we set that up through an Employer of Record partner, who charges its own monthly fee.

When is a traditional agency the better choice?

When the role must be based in your office or country, for example because of on-site work or local licensing. RemoteAbroad is built for roles that can be done remotely.

When should I hire locally myself?

When you have the time and network to find the person, the home-market salary fits your budget, and the role needs to be local.
